Level of Care

The level of care that you receive has long-lasting impacts on your life and behavioral health. Knowing how much, and when or where, are key to lasting behavioral health challenges. We at SunstarVBS will meet with you one on one to help determine the least restrictive solution for you care.

  1. Call or Text for an appointment, often you will be meeting with a provider within 45 minutes. Or you can schedule out an appointment if your need is not emergent.

  2. Meet with the provider.

  3. Determine the level of care.

  4. Our team will coordinate the details of your final disposition

  5. Lastly- you get the treatment you need when you need it.

We have a dedicated 24-hour clinical care team who provide mental health assessments to assess the level of care that will assist in determining the least restrictive treatment option; for both adults and adolescents over the age of 13. Levels of care often include Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization or Inpatient.
