Jessica M. Pérez, MSW, LICSW, serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at Sunstar Virtual Behavioral Solutions. With over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, she specializes in culturally responsive, client-centered, trauma-informed care, and leads Sunstar’s mission to expand access to high-quality virtual mental health services.

Jessica is a multi-state licensed clinician and has certifications as a Child Mental Health Specialist, and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. She is passionate about breaking down barriers to care and ensuring that every individual and family can access compassionate, culturally sensitive support from the comfort of home.

At Sunstar, Jessica leads with both expertise and empathy, working alongside her team to create innovative virtual care solutions that prioritize wellness, growth, and healing. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys exploring the open road, cooking new cuisines, watching foreign films and British period dramas, trying her hand at gardening, and spending time with her family.
