Julian Thompson is the Chief Development Officer at Sunstar Virtual Behavioral Solutions, where he drives strategic growth, partnerships, and innovation. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across the behavioral health continuum—including direct care, managed care, and virtual platforms—Julian has a proven record of building programs that expand access, improve outcomes, and create sustainable business models.

Julian holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salem State University, is pursuing his Master of Science in Nursing, and is an alumnus of the Signature Leadership program of Snohomish County. Recognized for his collaborative leadership and forward-thinking approach, Julian plays a key role in positioning Sunstar as a leader in delivering accessible, high-quality virtual behavioral health solutions nationwide.
